Refund and Cancellation Policy

onesocial is a product owned and operated by Futurescape Technologies Pvt. Ltd. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions, credits, and top-ups are billed and cancelled, and whether any amounts are refundable.

Please read this policy carefully before you subscribe to a paid plan or purchase credits. By making a payment on onesocial, you agree to this policy.

1. No Refunds

All payments made on onesocial are final and non-refundable. This includes subscription fees (monthly or yearly), plan upgrades, credit purchases, and credit top-ups.

Once a payment is completed, we do not provide refunds, whether full or partial, for any reason. This includes unused time left in a billing period, unused credits, accidental purchases, or a change of mind.

2. Subscriptions and Billing Cycles

  • Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel.
  • Applicable taxes, such as GST where required, are added at checkout and are also non-refundable.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals, so you are not charged again.

When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period that you have already paid for. After that period ends, your workspace moves to the free plan. We do not issue a refund for the remaining or unused part of the current period.

4. Credits and Top-ups

  • Credits included with a plan, and credits bought as top-ups, are consumed as you use paid features such as AI generation.
  • Purchased and consumed credits are non-refundable and have no cash value.
  • Plan-included credits may reset or expire according to your plan terms. Top-up credits remain available subject to these terms and your account status.

5. Billing Errors

If you are charged due to a clear technical error on our side, such as a duplicate charge for the same subscription period, contact us and we will investigate. Where a genuine processing error is confirmed, we will correct it. This is limited to confirmed billing errors and is not a general refund.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can help. Starting a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may lead to suspension or termination of your account and access to onesocial.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of onesocial after changes means you accept the updated policy.
