Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of onesocial services operated by Futurescape Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

onesocial is built as a self-hosted and adapted implementation of the open-source Postiz project, with additional feature and product-level modifications.

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using onesocial, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

  • You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and organization workspaces.
  • You must protect your credentials and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Service Scope

onesocial provides social media workflow tools including creation, scheduling, publishing support, media management, analytics, and AI-assisted capabilities.

Some features depend on third-party platforms and may change based on external APIs, policy changes, or platform limits.

3. Subscriptions, Credits, and Top-Ups

  • Plans may include fixed allowances and usage-based credit consumption.
  • Credit balances in onesocial are service credits (non-withdrawable) used to consume eligible product features.
  • Top-ups and recurring charges are processed through supported payment providers.
  • Unless required by law, completed top-ups and consumed credits are non-refundable.
  • We may limit, suspend, or deny usage if payment fails, risk checks fail, or outstanding dues remain unpaid.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use onesocial for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful activities.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, scraping abuse, spam automation, or security probing.
  • Do not upload or publish content that violates intellectual property, privacy, or platform policy requirements.

5. Third-Party Platforms and Integrations

onesocial connects with third-party services (for example social platforms, payment gateways, and AI providers). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for downtime, API failures, account restrictions, or policy actions taken by third-party platforms.

6. AI Features and Outputs

  • AI features are provided on a best-effort basis and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable output.
  • You must review and validate all generated output before publishing or business use.
  • You remain responsible for the legality and compliance of final content and actions.

7. Intellectual Property

onesocial software, branding, and platform content are owned by Futurescape Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.

You retain ownership of your uploaded and created content, and grant us the limited rights required to operate and improve the service.

8. Suspension and Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate access for breach of terms, legal risk, payment default, or abuse/security concerns.
  • You may stop using the service at any time, subject to active billing commitments and outstanding dues.
  • Certain clauses survive termination, including payment obligations, liability limitations, and dispute terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

onesocial is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Futurescape Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of onesocial.

Our aggregate liability for direct claims is limited to the fees paid by you to onesocial for the relevant period permitted by applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Futurescape Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates from claims, losses, and costs arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India will have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Continued use of onesocial after updates means you accept the revised terms.
